BFBS Radio - Free App

BFBS Radio has launched a brand new FREE app, making it easier for listeners to enjoy their favourite BFBS stations live via a mobile phone.
Adam Waters, Head of Online for BFBS, said: “Our redesigned app offers more opportunities for our audience to interact with their local BFBS station.
“As well as the BFBS Radio, BFBS Radio 2, BFBS Gurkha stations and BFBS channels overseas, we have added all of our UK Bases to the app, plus the exclusive online stations such as BFBS Dirt, BFBS Beats and BFBS Unwind.”

The new app also has three simple functions; ‘Send us a message’, ‘Got something to say’, and ‘Share with a friend’, so that listeners can record or write a dedication and connect with loved ones based worldwide.
The app is available now from the Apple and Android store, but users who had the old BFBS Radio app should find that their phone updates automatically.
“If you have an iPhone you need to be running iOS 7 to use the new app,” said Adam. “If the app isn't updating automatically on your phone, just go to the App store on your iPhone or the Google Play store on Android and check for updates.”
